What's new from Ionic

Building your mobile apps with Appflow? You can now automatically increment build numbers in your Capacitor-based iOS or Android app after each build.

Every time a fresh app binary is uploaded to the App Store or Google Play with the same version number (like v1.2.7), a new build number is required (if it was "5", now it must be "6" or higher). This is easy to forget and frustrating when the app stores reject the app because a new build must be triggered in order to update the version number.

This is no longer a hassle with Appflow's new incremental build number feature.
